My guest today is the wild and wonderful Micah Mortali. Micah Mortali is the author of the book “Rewilding: Meditations, Practices, and Skills for Awakening in Nature“, which is published by Sounds True. He holds a master’s degree from Goddard College and is the founder of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and the Director of the Kripalu Schools. Today’s episode is a great overview of many rewilding practices covered in Micah’s book and many practices that can help keep us stay centred right now and going forward. What I love most about this episode is the depth of conversation and the ideas generated around how rewilding holds many answers for humanity and Mother Earth right now. Stick around to the end for a great nature connection meditation you can do in your home. Enjoy the show!
